About
My name is James Dixon
I started True North Coaching and Leadership in order to apply my passion of helping people find and apply their own purposes in their lives. I believe Christ calls each of us to a purpose and finding it brings genuine satisfaction and gratitude daily.
I proudly served the US Navy for almost 23 years. After that, I served as a PjM and Gov't Contractor, a training and calibration manager for pharmaceutical companies. I have my BS in Mgmt and my MA in Leadership and use that education and experience in leadership in my coaching. Along with multiple certifications in coaching, NLP, Jungian approach, and Ikigai discovery to provide tools in the journey.
